The Words

“There's more than one way to take a life.”

In 2012, Rory Jansen (Bradley Cooper) is a young writer who has finally got the literary success he chased for years, with a novel the critics call the next great American book. He didn't write it, and Dora (Zoe Saldaña) believes the praise belongs to her husband. Directors Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal keep Rory at his desk, the finished pages stacked beside him, his name on every copy.
