“From the JUNGLE to the GYM...He's the Greatest!”

Coach Sam Archer (John Amos) goes to Africa on vacation with his assistant Milo Jackson (Tim Conway), and he spots a young man named Nanu (Jan-Michael Vincent) who seems to be able to run and jump and throw better than anyone alive. Robert Scheerer's Disney comedy brings Nanu back to a college whose sports teams have been losing for years. Archer has one season to turn them around, and if the team keeps losing, he loses his job.
