The Worst Witch

“Things never go right for Mildred Hubble...”

Mildred Hubble (Fairuza Balk) badly wants to be a good witch, but at her prestigious academy she can't do a single thing right, and both classmates and teachers pick on her for it. Robert Young sets the story around the school's Halloween celebration, with the Grand Wizard (Tim Curry) due to visit and Miss Cackle's evil twin plotting against the place. Under the songs and spells runs the plain hope of belonging somewhere even when everyone has you down as the worst.
