“The Years Have Passed Only Wounds Have Remained”

Pinki (Dušan Pekić) and Kure (Dragan Bjelogrlić) are two boys in Belgrade who want their names known in the city's underworld, and they want it fast. Srđan Dragojević follows them through the 1990s, a decade of Yugoslav war and spreading ethnic hatred, as they work their way up from nothing. The film treats friendship as the one thing the city's violence keeps pressing on.
