The Wraith

“He's not from around here...”

Jake Kesey (Charlie Sheen) rides into a small Arizona desert town with a black car nobody can stop, and he shows up as a stranger with no past. Mike Marvin sets him against Packard Walsh (Nick Cassavetes), whose gang forces local drivers into drag races and takes their cars when they lose. Sheriff Loomis (Randy Quaid) has not been able to shut the gang down, and Keri Johnson (Sherilyn Fenn) and a boy named Billy are living in the middle of it.
