Somebody in a quiet 1960s London suburb keeps getting sick, and Graham Young (Hugh O'Conor), a teenager who would rather be at his chemistry set than anywhere else, is the one person who doesn't seem worried. Benjamin Ross follows him from the family kitchen to a psychiatric hospital, where Dr. Ernest Zeigler (Antony Sher) believes he can be cured. Graham sits very still in the hospital, the chemistry set left behind.
