Their Eyes Were Watching God

Janie Crawford (Halle Berry) walks back into her small town in the 1920s, and the townspeople talk about her before she says a word. The question is what her marriages cost her and what she was after in each. Darnell Martin tells her story from Zora Neale Hurston's novel, and Janie keeps looking for a love that is hers to choose.
