Thelma

“Unleash Your True Self. Unleash Your True Power.”

Thelma (Eili Harboe) is a sheltered young woman who has just left her parents' home for university. Then the seizures start, violent and without any cause the doctors can find, and they come when she is near Anja (Kaya Wilkins), a fellow student. Joachim Trier keeps the two of them close and quiet, and each new fit pulls them further toward a desire neither of them can say out loud.
