“The world's toughest cop is getting a brand new partner. And he's a real blast from the past!”

Someone is killing dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals in a future where they live alongside people, and the trail leads toward a scientist bent on a new Armageddon. Jonathan R. Betuel sends in Katie Coltrane (Whoopi Goldberg), a tough police detective, who gets a talking dinosaur for a partner whether she likes it or not. Their bickering over the case is where the film finds its warmth, two mismatched cops slowly learning to trust each other.
