There's a Girl in My Soup

(1970)Directed by Roy Boulting95 min · RComedy, Romance
“Soup's on!”

Why does a young American woman who is available, and openly so, turn out to be the one person Robert Danvers (Peter Sellers) cannot talk his way past? Danvers is a vain television personality in 1970 who seduces a new girl nearly every day and never keeps one for long. Marion (Goldie Hawn), nineteen and without any romantic illusions, gives him no reason to feel like a catch, and the man who has always been the one leaving has to learn what it is to stay.
