Bruce (Johnny Yune) is an Asian immigrant cooking for the Cosa Nostra, and everyone calls him Bruce because he looks like Bruce Lee, though he has no kung fu to go with the name. When his bosses hand him deliveries of "Chinese Flour" to carry across the country, he takes the work at face value. Elliott Hong's parody leaves Bruce earnest and wide-eyed in the middle of it, a man who simply cannot imagine that the people paying him might be lying.
