They Reach

“First you hear them. Then you see them. Then they reach...”

Jessica Daniels (Mary Madaline Roe) is a young girl in Clarkston, a small town in 1979, who comes across a tape player that is not what it seems. Sylas Dall fills the film with grain and slow, uneasy quiet, and the family around her, including Grace Daniels (Elizabeth Rhoades), does not yet know what she has carried home. The longer the machine stays in the house, the more it puts her family and the whole town at risk.
