This Is Not What I Expected

A hotel executive checks into the Rosebud and finds fault with everything in sight, and then a single meal stops him. Lu Jin (Takeshi Kaneshiro) is wealthy, handsome and exacting about food, and the sous chef who cooked it is Gu Shengnan (Zhou Dongyu), a flamboyant woman he has every reason to dislike. Derek Hui Wang-Yu, adapting Lan Bai Se's novel, keeps the two rivals in the same kitchen and plays it for warmth and laughs.
