Dr. Cal Meacham (Rex Reason) is a scientist who wants to keep working without anyone telling him how. Then a catalog of strange parts arrives, and a mysterious benefactor named Exeter (Jeff Morrow) recruits him and fellow physicist Dr. Ruth Adams (Faith Domergue) for a project that needs Earth's best minds. Joseph M. Newman directs, and Cal keeps asking questions that nobody will answer.
