Corey Webster (Josh Brolin) and his skater friends spend their days on their boards at Venice Beach, more interested in girls than in trouble. Then Corey starts dating Chrissy (Pamela Gidley), kid sister of Tommy Hook (Robert Rusler), who leads the Daggers, a rival crew that terrorizes the locals. David Winters stages the skating on real streets and canyon roads, keeping the camera low and moving fast.
