Three Kingdoms: Resurrection of the Dragon

Zhao Zilong (Andy Lau) is an aging general who wants one last campaign, one big enough to put his name in the histories for good. Loosely drawn from the 14th-century novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the film sends him on that road alongside Luo Ping-An (Sammo Hung Kam-bo), with Maggie Q as Cao Ying. Daniel Lee stages the fighting as a running push of speed and noise, a war film with a tired old soldier at the middle of it.
