Three Seasons

“A haunting tale of changes, choices and second chances.”

Hai (Đơn Dương) pedals a cyclo through Ho Chi Minh City, a driver with little money who falls for a troubled prostitute and starts scheming to pay for time with her. Tony Bui braids his story with others in the same streets: a young woman harvesting lotuses for a writer with leprosy, a boy who loses his trinket case, an American Marine searching for the daughter he left behind. Hai and the woman he cannot afford keep circling toward each other across the city.
