Three Seconds

The final of the 1972 Munich Olympics ends with a clock that will not stay still, three seconds put back on it twice while the Americans stand one point ahead. Coach Vladimir Garanzhin (Vladimir Mashkov) and his player Alexander Belov (Ivan Kolesnikov) carry the Soviet team toward that last play. Anton Megerdichev puts Garanzhin's career and the team's honor on a game the whole country is watching, and a single possession could take both.
