Thudarum

Shanmughan (Mohanlal) is a taxi driver who wants nothing more than to keep working and keep his family fed, and the car is how he does both. When CI George Mathan (Prakash Varma) confiscates it, Shanmughan is pulled into a conspiracy far bigger than one corrupt officer. Tharun Moorthy builds the story around an ordinary man's livelihood, and the film makes plain how little it takes to threaten a working family.
