“Danger. Excitement. Adventure. It's just another day in paradise.”

R J "Hurricane" Spencer (Hulk Hogan) is an ex-Navy S.E.A.L. and a confirmed bachelor, scraping by with his superboat Thunder and his partner Martin "Bru" Brubaker (Chris Lemmon). To keep the boat and the business, he agrees to a marriage of convenience with the snobby Megan Whitaker. Douglas Schwartz builds the story on a plain idea, that a man will risk everything he owns for the people and the boat he cares about.
