Chan Foh-To (Jackie Chan) runs a garage and keeps the sports cars of his customers running, until his sisters are taken and the only price for their release is a race. The man who wants him on the track is Warner "Cougar" Kaugman (Thorsten Nickel), a super-criminal street racer. Gordon Chan directs, with Sammo Hung and the Jackie Chan Stunt Team behind the action, and Chan Foh-To stands at the starting line in his mechanic's hands, the engine already running.
