Tidal Wave

“There is No Escape from Nature's Wrath.”

Choi Man-shik (Sul Kyung-gu), a fisherman on Haeundae Beach, wants to make up for a death he feels responsible for, so he looks after Gang Yeon-heui (Ha Ji-won), the daughter of the man who was killed. Director JK Youn follows him through a crowded summer beach as a scientist, a rescue worker and a young couple each go about their lives. A tsunami is coming, and everyone on that sand has ten minutes.
