“Eddy Kay was trained to kill, ordered to destroy, programmed to forget. Now, the most dangerous man alive is about to explode.”

Eddy Kay (Michael Biehn) repairs watches for a living, until a stranger tries to kill him and sets off nightmares and flashbacks of a past that isn't his own. Afraid he's losing his mind, he turns to the psychiatrist Dr. Anna Nolmar (Patsy Kensit), who takes him for a man hallucinating until a second attack lands. Avi Nesher follows the two of them on the run, with the watchmaker's steady hands no longer steady.
