To Be Twenty

Italy, 1978. Lia (Gloria Guida) and Tina (Lilli Carati) meet, find they are both young and angry, and decide to hitchhike to Rome, looking for Nazariota's commune, where they expect a free place to stay and all the sex they want. Fernando Di Leo sends them down the road with no plan beyond that. Lia is the one who keeps believing in the trip as it pulls her into prostitution, the police and a violent gang.
