To Kill a Dragon

A dragon rules a walled town and takes a girl from it every year, and the people have learned not to look up. Lancelot (Aleksandr Abdulov) arrives and offers to save Elsa (Aleksandra Zakharova), though the Dragon (Oleg Yankovsky) can appear as a samurai or a Nazi. Lancelot can only win if the town stops being afraid, and he has to teach that to people who would rather stay quiet.
