“Revenge is sour”

Jorge (Daniel Candia), a quiet, hard-working man, is mugged and humiliated by a gang led by Kalule (Daniel Antivilo), a delinquent from his neighborhood. His son Jorgito (Ariel Mateluna) is angrier at Jorge's meek acceptance than at the theft, and goes after revenge on his own. Kalule returns from prison eighteen months later, the authorities do nothing, and Alejandro Fernández Almendras keeps the camera on Jorge's family, never rushing the dread.
