Toby Tyler or Ten Weeks with a Circus

“Here comes...the HAPPIEST SHOW ON EARTH!”

Toby Tyler (Kevin Corcoran) is a boy who has had enough of his stern Uncle Daniel and wants a life of his own, so he runs away from his foster home to join the circus. Charles Barton follows him into the troupe, where he makes friends with Mr. Stubbs, a frisky chimpanzee, and meets Harry Tupper (Bob Sweeney), the candy vendor. Toby ends up beside the chimp, a boy in a circus who is far from his aunt and uncle.
