It's 1991 and a family is on holiday when their teenage daughter Lucía (Carla Díaz) decides to run off with her boyfriend. Pilar (Carmen Machi) and José Luis (Javier Gutiérrez) go after her and end up in 2022, with no explanation for how and thirty years of Spain to take in. Nacho G. Velilla keeps the couple at the center, a husband and wife learning the same strange country at the same moment.
