Top Gun: Maverick

“Feel the need... The need for speed.”

Thirty-some years into his Navy career, Pete "Maverick" Mitchell (Tom Cruise) has avoided every promotion that would take him out of the cockpit, and now he is called back to train a detachment of Top Gun graduates for a mission no living pilot has flown. Among them is Lt. Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw (Miles Teller), the son of his dead best friend. Joseph Kosinski puts the camera inside the jets, so the faces in the cockpit sit tight in their helmets.
