Torrente for President

José Luis Torrente (Santiago Segura), a bumbling ex-cop with no filter and fewer scruples, decides to run for office. His campaign is less a platform than a series of improvised insults and schemes, drawing a ragtag crew around him including Cuco (Gabino Diego) and Ramiro Cuadrado (Fernando Esteso). The joke isn't that Torrente wins or loses, but that his complete lack of fitness for power mirrors the machinery he's trying to join.
