Torrente: The Dumb Arm of the Law

José Luis Torrente (Santiago Segura) is a former Madrid policeman who is racist, sexist and fascist, and he thinks of himself as a hero of law and order. He talks his shy, nerdy neighbor Rafi (Javier Cámara) into helping him break up a heroin ring run out of a Chinese restaurant. Santiago Segura wrote and directed the film, and Torrente charges ahead as though nobody has ever told him no.
