“Do You Dare See What Dr. Diabolo Sees?”

Dr. Diabolo (Burgess Meredith) runs a carnival sideshow with a torture exhibit and a claim that it can warn people of the evil coming for them. Freddie Francis sends a handful of skeptics, among them Ronald Wyatt (Jack Palance) and Lancelot Canning (Peter Cushing), to stand before the Fate Atropos and look ahead. Each learns that greed and violence sit behind their respectable fronts.
