Toss-Up

Hayalet Cevher (Kenan İmirzalıoğlu) finishes his military service in southeastern Turkey and heads home with a disability he did not leave with. Beside him is Şeytan Rıdvan (Olgun Şimşek), a fellow soldier carrying one of his own. Uğur Yücel, who also wrote the film, keeps the camera close and quiet on the two of them, and it won the Golden Orange for Best Film in 2004.
