Totòtruffa '62

Antonio LoRuffo (Totò) is a former variety actor who keeps his daughter in an excellent boarding school by running small swindles with his friend and fellow performer Felice. Commissioner Malvasia chases him with more patience than anger, and the two men settle into an uneasy routine. Camillo Mastrocinque stages the comedy as a long run of bits built around Totò's rubbery face and quick talk.
