Kristófer (Egill Ólafsson) wants to find the boy he loved decades ago in Iceland, a connection so vivid it has shaped every year since. A chance encounter sends him back to that landscape and into the company of Takahashi (Masahiro Motoki), a man who becomes his guide through the search. What emerges between them, as they move through memory and loss together, is its own kind of tenderness.
