“The Journey of the Hyena.”

Mory (Magaye Niang) is a cowherd and Anta (Myriam Niang) is a university student, and they both want the money for passage to Paris, where nobody knows their past. Djibril Diop Mambéty follows them around Senegal as they chase it, two young people sure the way out is somewhere else. Mory rides his motorcycle through the dust, a pair of horns mounted on the handlebars.
