Tower of London

(1962)Directed by Roger Corman80 minDrama, History, Thriller
“Do you have the courage to spend 83 minutes in the Tower of London?”

Richard of Gloucester (Vincent Price), the twisted younger brother of England's ailing king, wants the crown and has already started clearing the line of those ahead of him. Sir Ratcliffe (Michael Pate) carries out the work, and the ghosts of the dead begin to find Richard as the bodies pile up. Roger Corman shoots it as a gothic melodrama, borrowing from both Richard III and Macbeth.
