Train Dreams

“The extraordinary story of an ordinary life.”

Robert Grainier (Joel Edgerton) works as a logger in the early 1900s, wanting little more than steady work and a family of his own. He finds that with Gladys (Felicity Jones), while the railroads and the felling of the forests change the country around him. Clint Bentley follows one ordinary life through a time of enormous change, and the film is about how much a single man can hold.
