“The truth is complicated.”

Samir Horn (Don Cheadle) is a former U.S. Special Operations officer, a Sudanese-American with a background in explosives. When bombs begin going off across the globe, aimed at civilians, every trail the investigation follows leads back to him. Jeffrey Nachmanoff sets Samir against Roy Clayton (Guy Pearce), the straight-arrow FBI agent hunting the bomb-maker, a man who has already settled on whom he is chasing.
