Transistor Love Story

Pan (Suppakorn Kitsuwan) is a country boy with a good singing voice and a pregnant bride, Sadaw (Siriyakorn Pukkavesh), when the army draft takes him away. He leaves her a transistor radio for company, then goes AWOL and falls in with a pop music troupe. Pen-Ek Ratanaruang follows him into the luk thung circuit, where Pan chases a singing career while his wife searches for him.
