“You never know what you might find”

Raphael (Rickson Tevez) and his friends pick through a garbage dump in Brazil for anything they can sell, and one day Raphael pulls out a find that someone clearly wants back. Stephen Daldry follows the three boys as the police come after them and they set out to put right a wrong far bigger than they are. Raphael is fourteen and poor, and he keeps going because he has decided the job falls to him.
