Trick 'r Treat

“Poison, drowning, claw, or knife. So many ways to take a life.”

On Halloween night in a small Ohio town, the same few hours carry four stories at once. Steven (Dylan Baker) is a high school principal with a hobby he keeps from everyone, Laurie (Anna Paquin) heads to a party hoping to meet someone, and Mr. Kreeg (Brian Cox) sits alone, sour at the trick-or-treaters. Michael Dougherty ties them together with Sam, a small figure in orange footie pajamas and a burlap sack, who turns up whenever someone breaks a Halloween tradition.
