Trigger Warning

“Vengeance becomes her.”

Parker (Jessica Alba), a Special Forces commando, drives back to her hometown after her father dies and finds his bar left to her. Mouly Surya, in her first English-language film, has her asking questions the town would rather not hear, and a violent gang answers. The Swann family, led by Ezekiel (Anthony Michael Hall), has run the place for years, and Parker is now standing in its way.
