Trilogy of Terror II

“The first one kept you on the edge of your seat. This one will keep you under it.”

Laura (Lysette Anthony) is a woman who wants her dead son back, and she is willing to summon him to get him. The same actress carries all three stories in Dan Curtis's 1996 sequel to his own 1975 original, which also include lovers who murder an older husband and go digging in his grave, and an African doll set loose in a house. Curtis tells each tale on its own small stage, the way you'd catch a pile of ghost stories on a television late at night.
