Trouble in Mind

“Drugs, sex, crime… Rain City has it all. Here everyone gets what they want — or what they deserve.”

In Rain City, a fictional town built from Seattle's wet streets, the ex-cop Hawk (Kris Kristofferson) comes home after a prison term for murder. He drifts toward Wanda (Geneviève Bujold), who runs a coffee shop, while Coop (Keith Carradine) and his wife Georgia (Lori Singer) arrive hunting for a quick way to get rich. Alan Rudolph puts them all in the same neon-lit orbit, and Hawk keeps walking back into the life he served time for.
