True Grit

“Punishment comes one way or another.”

A fourteen-year-old girl named Mattie Ross (Hailee Steinfeld) hires a drunk, violent lawman named Rooster Cogburn (Jeff Bridges) to hunt down the man who killed her father. Cogburn and a Texas Ranger take her into Indian Territory after the outlaw Tom Chaney (Josh Brolin). What she learns is that grit is not the same as being right, and that the cost of revenge follows you long after the killing stops.
