“The Power Is Back!”

A volcano on the island of Muranthias holds a prisoner called Maligore, and only the kindly wizard Lerigot has the key that could free him. The space pirate Divatox wants that key, so Tommy Oliver (Jason David Frank), Kat Hillard (Catherine Sutherland) and their friends must reach it first. David Winning and Shuki Levy send them in with new Turbo powers, and Adam Park (Johnny Yong Bosch) takes on the job like it's his own.
