Turning Tide

Yann Kermadec (François Cluzet) has spent years as the friend of the star skipper Frank Drevil (Guillaume Canet), until an injury hands him Frank's boat at the last minute for the Vendée Globe. Nine days in and leading, he puts into Cape Verde to fix a broken center-board, then finds a teenage stowaway aboard, Mano (Samy Seghir). Christophe Offenstein leaves the two of them alone on the boat, with the race still ahead and a rule that could end it for them both.
