Cade and Cale Altair (Neil Breen) are identical twin brothers who want justice for a humanity they believe is being failed. Both become hybrid artificial intelligence entities, and each is pulled in a different direction over how to get it. Neil Breen wrote, directed, produced, scored and edited the film himself, and he also plays both brothers.
