(2001)Directed by Mark Brown90 min · RComedy, Romance
“The rules are simple. There are no rules.”

Shanté Smith (Vivica A. Fox) is a corporate overachiever who figures she has what it takes to keep her boyfriend Keith (Morris Chestnut) from straying, until he starts looking at her archrival, Conny Spalding (Gabrielle Union). Writer-director Mark Brown gives Shanté a plan to win him back by any means necessary, and she talks it through with her friend Karen (Wendy Raquel Robinson). Fox turns to face the camera and tells us how the game is played.
